RETURN POLICY

TERMS OF SALE
Variation in tone and scuffing of enamael are inherent in ceramic and stone products. Please check the merchandise before installing it. Carreaux Metro’s liability is limited to, in all cases, to the exchange or reimbursement of the merchandise if it is found to be defective. No claim will be accepted after the installation of the merchandise.
The payment in full is required for special orders (products that are not in stock and ordered specially for a customer).

FINAL SALE
Is considered a final sale, products that are special orders, products on promotion, liquidation, and end of lot products. The customer is responsible for the measurements and quantities purchased.

NO RETURNS
No returns on installation products (cement, glue, sealants, etc.) No return on special order products, products on promotion, liquidation, and end of lot products. An authorization number is required the return. Le merchandise must be returned to our warehouse with invoice on hand.

RETURN POLICY
30 DAY RETURN : Return of goods accepted within 20 days of only unopened boxes with batch numbers. A return fee of 35% will be charged for the return of complete orders without exchange. Carreaux Metro reserves the right not to accept a product return. Restocking fees of 35% will be applied to the value of the returned goods.
